Neil Kurlander is the vice president of Public Sector Solutions for Asynchrony Solutions (www.asolutions.com). His dual careers in public safety and technology span four decades. His advocacy for the use of technology by law enforcement resulted in his appointment as chair of technology committees on the national, state, and local levels. Neil is a life member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and currently serves on the association?s Communication and Technology Committee.
